¡¡¡¡£á¡¥The repatriation of Koreans now in Japan, who were formerly resident in Korea south of 38¡¬north latitude, will be completed on or before 15 November 1946, except as noted in paragraph 1d above. A report will be submitted to the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers by 30 November 1946 showing:
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Ê£±¡ËNames of Koreans, listed by family, who were not repatriated on or before 15 November 1946, but who have not forfeited their privilege of repatriation, as outlined in paragraph 1d above.

£²¡¥It has been reported that in some cases Koreans are forfeiting their privilege of repatriation due to insufficient time to prepare for movement to the reception center.

£³¡¥The Imperial Japanese Government will give Koreans a minimum of fifteen (15) days' notice for movement to the designated reception center in preparation for repatriation.

£³¡¥In view of the inability of the In erial(Imperial¤¬¤«¤¹¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤ë¤â¤Î¤«) Japanese Government to reach the rates of flow prescribed in above references, the plan for Korean repatriation is further amended as follows:
¡¡a¡¥By 25 April 1946 will be delivered to the Hakata and Senzaki Reception Centers in such numbers that the following rates of outflow will be maintained.

Hakata 1500 per day
Senzaki 500 per day

¡¡b¡¥The Imperial Japanese Government will take necessary measures to progressively increase this rate of flow to insure that, by 5 May 1946 the ports of Hakata and Senzaki will have reached the prescribed rates of outflow of 3000 and 1000 per day respectively. These rates will be maintained thereafter until all Koreans desirous of repatriation are cleared from Japan.

£³¡¥In processing Korean, Chinese, or Formosan nationals, or Ryukyuans being repatriated from Japan to their respective homelands, the Imperial Japanese Government will:
¡¡¡¡£á¡¥Permit them to take with them yen currency in an amount not to exceed \ 1000 per person.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Ê£±¡ËChinese, Formosans and Ryukyuans will take Bank of Japan currency.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Ê£²¡ËThe Imperial Japanese Government will exchange Bank of Chosen currency for Bank of Japan currency for Korean nationals, on a one to one basis.
¡¡¡¡£â¡¥Permit Koreans and Chinese to take with them in addition to currency:
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Ê£±¡ËPostal savings pass books and bank pass books issued by financial institutions in Japan and in the country to which they are being repatriated.

¡¡¡¡£ã¡¥Permit them to carry with them their clothing and personal possessions of value only to the owner. These effects will be limited in weight to 250 pounds per person. The Imperial Japanese Government will take the necessary steps to handle this additional baggage without delaying the repatriation program.

Application to the appropriate Eighth Army Military Government unit is authorized, in accordance with separate instructions to be issued for desired unaccompanied shipment, as follows:
